Description:
Planned to begin in Fall 2017, the program is for Waupaca County residents, 18 and over, post plea or ATR, with a drug or drug-related felony. Participants cannot have a previous violent or sexual offenses. Medication assisted treatment is permissible. It is a five phase program that will require a minimum of 14 months for successful completion. Random, observed drug testing is required at a minimum of two times per week through all phases.
