The mission of the Program is to enhance public health and safety and improve the quality of life for all residents, by providing intensive monitoring, individualized treatment and comprehensive services to chemically dependent OWI offenders. OWI Court will enable participants to break the cycle of addiction and reduce recidivism. Monroe County OWI Court is lead by The Honorable Todd Ziegler.
