Description: 
This is an 18- 24 month problem-solving court serving non-violent adult offenders with addiction and/or co-occurring disorders who have committed offenses that are a direct result of alcohol or drug abuse. The court promotes sobriety, recovery and stability while the mission is to improve public safety with evidenced-based services to non-violent, high risk/high need offenders. Judicial monitoring and intensive probation is included with input from a multi-disciplinary team, with CJCC support.
