Post-charge Diversion and Deferred Prosecution Program

The Pathways Program is designed to provide an opportunity for offenders to successfully complete the program and not have a criminal conviction show up on their record. The program offers treatment, counseling, drug testing, meeting with the Pathways Officer and home visits. The program also accepts pre-charge participants.
