Description:
The Adult Drug Court for persons who are high risk and have a substance use disorder. The 12-18 month program is 5 phases. All individuals in the program are monitored by the court and the treatment court team. are required to attend treatment, case management meetings and participate in case planning, participate in random drug testing, and comply with the requirements of probation. 90 days of consecutive sobriety in Phase 5 is required to successfully complete the program.
