To provide substance abuse treatment in a non-adversarial setting distinct and separate from the traditional criminal and juvenile justice systems. FTC provides a comprehensive approach to individuals whose substance use has impacted their family. The central focus of the program is on treatment and recovery; however, the ultimate goal of the program is to help participants make changes in all aspects of their lives in order to to achieve and sustain permanence and stability for their family.
