Program Goals: 1) Increased family reunification 2) Increased substance use disorder treatment 3) Improved family functioning Statement of Core Values: Family Recovery Court (FRC) is a collaborative effort of the Court, child welfare, treatment providers, and community partners. No single system has the authority, capacity, resources, or skills to respond to the array of challenges faced by families affected by substance use disorders, but collectively, FRC has the capacity and skills to assure that needs for parents, children and families are met, whether through direct service provision by team member agencies or through services in the community. The work of our FRC team contributes to community needs. FRC helps to increase reunification rates among high-risk families and identifies and addresses a range of underlying needs of families in the program utilizing a family centered and trauma informed collaborative approach. The team contributes a framework for addressing these needs and providing access to necessary services.
