Description: 
The Outagamie County Mental Health Court is a problem-solving court that works with individuals who are involved in the criminal justice system and who have been diagnosed with a major mental illness. The goal of this court is to assist these individuals in addressing their mental health needs and improving their lives. These individuals voluntarily elect to participate in mental health programming to meet their needs while being held accountable for their behavior through judicially monitored system.
