Description:
The Outagamie County Veterans Treatment Court (VTC) is designed to serve Veterans who are currently in, or entering the Criminal Justice System, and are struggling with addiction and/or serious mental illness by providing treatment, accountability and mentoring. VTC was built on a partnership between the criminal justice system and the veteran community, in which treatment and intervention is structured around the authority and involvement of VTC Judge Vincent Biskupic.
