Description:
The Marquette County Treatment Court is a hybrid OWI/Drug Court. The Court is aimed at non-violent, high risk/high need persons that have significant alcohol and/or drug dependency issues. Through a collaborative team approach, the Court's goal is to assist our participants in achieving and maintaining sobriety and breaking the cycle of criminal recidivism.
